Build systems that stay in service

Our work is installed in revenue offices, armouries, borders and factory entrances. It has to keep running after we leave the site. Two roles are open.

Real deployments

You will work on systems already in national service, not on pilots.

Decisions are made by the people doing the work.

Proposals and business development, public sector

You own the tender pipeline: finding the opportunity, reading the specification honestly, and writing the proposal that wins it. You work directly with the directors and with engineering, because a bid we cannot deliver is worse than no bid.

Apply
What you will do
  • Track government and agency tenders relevant to our four solutions
  • Read specifications and flag the clauses we cannot meet before we commit
  • Write technical and commercial proposals, and assemble the compliance documents
  • Run site visits and demonstrations with the field engineering team
  • Keep the relationship going after award, through delivery and renewal
What we look for
  • Three years in public sector sales, tendering or proposal writing
  • You have read a real tender document end to end and priced against it
  • Clear written English. Bahasa Malaysia for agency correspondence
  • Able to hold a technical conversation with engineers without bluffing
  • Familiar with Malaysian government procurement process
