Mr Ooi first started his career in Banking after graduating from University Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. During his stint in banking, he realised that there's plenty of opportunities in the IT sector and decided to venture into the IT business in 2009.
He was first in charge of business development and strategic planning before securing the deal of a lifetime with the Digital Franking System. It was here that he helped the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia to roll out a nationwide system deployment of the Digital Franking System. Since then, he's worked with Vincent for the next 11 years, developing innovative technology solutions that cater to a national market.
